What you'll do:

• Specific duties and responsibilities include:
• Creating test plans/writing test cases based on PRD or Requirements document
• Giving the right estimates/timelines for execution
• Analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking (creating/updating a defect with steps to reproduce, expected result & actual result)
• Attending daily scrums
• Automating the new features or enhancing existing automated test cases, running automation and/or performance/scalability tests for various features.

What makes you a great fit:

• Must have prior experience working as a Software Development Engineer or Test Automation Engineer for 3+ years.
• Should have working experience with projects in Java – Especially Mobile Automation using Appium and web Automation using Selenium. Working experience in Appium is mandatory.
• Should have working experience using any of the automation tools like REST Assured, Appium using Java
• Should have experience in using any test framework like TestNG or Junit.
• Working knowledge of Mobile Automation Frameworks like Appium / Expresso / XCUITest or any similar tool
• Experience in performing API, Web, and App functional, regression, and backward compatibility testing.
• Good experience with agile methodology and bug tracking tools - Jira.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasks.
