What you'll do:

• 24x7 NOC operations. Be part of the on-call rotation that takes care of the Site's reliability, uptime, and seamless operations.
• Monitor the alerts as per pager duty and other dashboards and escalate the incidents to the right stakeholders from Dev, Devops, DBA, and Infosec teams.
• Update the run-book documentation, tickets, etc. timely with the proper root cause.
• Be the champion of the Incident and problem management at Free-charge.
• Update the Develops teams on any improvements needed in the monitoring dashboards or automation.
• Managing infrastructure, databases, and applications on heterogeneous cloud.

• Experience: 2.5-4 Years.
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
• Experience with systems and IT operations.
• Ability to correlate multiple alerts to pinpoint the root cause of the incident.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management in a working environment.
• Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
• Strong focus on business outcomes.
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, etc. ).
• Good understanding of system services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc. ).
• Good understanding of AWS services like EC2 S3
• Working knowledge of Nagios, check_mk, and other monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of Icinga, Traceview, tomcat, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Technical writing.
• L1 support of Linux and applications.
