What you'll do:

• Support and lead a team of software engineers, driving highly effective execution, and delivering high-quality results on time.
• Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability.
• Coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
• Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation to design and development to monitoring the product in production.
• Hands-on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role in participating in the development and delivery of the product

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#
• Experience with at least some of the front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, jQuery, ASP .NET MVC.
• Experience with product integrations, APIs, ETLs, data ingestion, and egestion.
• Proven experience with relational databases, fluent with SQL
• Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based, enterprise-grade, SaaS applications.
• Team player, with strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of senior professionals.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent English: both written and spoken
• Nice to have experience with Oracle DB
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes

• Nice to have experience with Python
• Nice to have experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
