What you'll do :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems to support our applications and services.
• Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to design and deploy applications with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure early detection of issues and facilitate troubleshooting.
• Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure our systems can support growing demands.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure the high availability and reliability of our systems.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to prevent similar incidents in the future.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in site reliability engineering.

What makes you a great fit :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in site reliability, software, or systems engineering.
• Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems administration, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
