What you'll do:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing production environments, with experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring support teams, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex production issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
