What you'll do:

• Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Identify and report defects, track and verify defect resolution
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools
