What you will do:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Advocates Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Stays in touch with The TEAM via main preferred channels, ie. Telegram, email and mobile.
• Demonstrates expertise and leadership in Android development.
• Deliver assigned task based on requirement specifications
• Ensure quality of code

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes;
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the library understanding of code
• versioning tools, sues available for common tasks
• Proficient as Git
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Proficient in : Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Jetpack libraries, OOPs, Reactive Programming.
• Have published at list one application on the Google Play store. Have CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Well versed in writing Unit testing(JUnit, Mockito etc)
• Proven work experience in mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVP
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/Bitbucket and Jira for project management.
• Familiarity with Android Material Design
