What you'll do :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and highly configurable continuous delivery pipelines for software projects with multiple tech-stack
• Collaborate with development teams to define and enforce coding standards, version control practices, and release management processes.
• Automate deployment and provisioning of infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and infrastructure issues, and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or failures.
• Ensure proper security measures and best practices are implemented throughout the pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth software delivery and operational excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps and automation trends, tools, and methodologies, and propose improvements to enhance the pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.
• Understanding customer requirement, having thought leadership and solution designing

What makes you a great fit :

• 6 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years working as a DevOps Engineer/lead or similar roles
• Strong experience with CI/CD orchestration tool, various build tools, infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of software development and deployment processes, including version control, build automation, and release management.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge and background with various deployment strategies
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, Linux/Unix systems, and security practices in the context of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, CI/CD tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Jenkins Certified Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are preferred.
