What You’ll Do

• Lead design and impact analysis for key features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
• Develop, test, and deploy features, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
• Analyze and optimize application performance to meet user expectations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager, team members, Product Manager, and other stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the Quality Assurance process to ensure product reliability and performance.

• Extensive front-end experience (6+ years) in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise web applications using the following technologies: TypeScript / JavaScript, React, React Query, Storybook, Tailwind CSS, SASS, Jest, React Testing Library
• Proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with backend technologies such as Python and Django is highly desirable.
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka, databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and cloud services like GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong expertise in profiling and optimizing queries in relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with API frameworks such as Django Rest Framework or FastAPI.
• Proven track record of working closely with product and support teams to prioritize and deliver solutions to critical problems.
• Experience in system design and architecture, ensuring reliability and usability.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve ambiguities in specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and concepts effectively across teams and to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work within cross-functional teams to build end-to-end features.
