What makes you a great fit:

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from Top-Tier institution is a plus
• 7-9 years of experience in analytics with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes for customers
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack – Data Engineering, ML, Visualization or Cloud platforms
• Strong experience in ETL pipelines, data warehouses/data lakes, analytics and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience in leading a >5-member team. Handling larger teams is a plus.
• Prior experience Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics/Automation, Ecommerce or customer-facing apps etc. is a plus
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to formulate project strategy & roadmap through Metrics and Data-driven approach
• Good understanding of data ecosystem like AWS/Azure/GCP. Certifications is a plus
• Adept at First principles thought process and going deep into different areas
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in leadership and talent development for various experience levels including new hires & fresh graduates
