What you'll do :

• The candidate would be working in the central Analytics team. The projects will mainly focus on business aspects that cuts across games / pods.
• The main stakeholders for this role would be the senior management and leadership team.
• The candidate is required to be self-motivated and passionate about solving ambiguous problems using first principles thinking.
• Monitor the north star metrics and maintain executive dashboard(s) for the leadership team,
• Act as a consultant to identify opportunities and assist leadership team with long term strategies
• Conduct deep dives into critical business aspects,
• Improve analytics infrastructure
• Leverage data science skills and techniques to solve advanced analytics problems.

What makes you a great fit :

• Preferred Bachelors from Tier-1 institute with some past relevant experience in Analytics / Business.
• Analytics Roles in ideally user-facing product companies (B2C preferred over B2B).
• Experience in Social Product companies or part of the founder office would be a great plus.
• Candidates with past projects in data science / completed courses on advanced analytics techniques (Like statistics/ML/python etc.) are preferred
