What you'll do

• Support and lead a team of software engineers, driving highly effective execution, delivering high quality results on time!
• Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability
• Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation, to design and development, to monitoring the product in production.
• Hands on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role participating in the development and delivery of the product
• Drive continuous improvement of software quality, CX and maintainability of features
• Continuous learning of technology trends, tools, and approaches, including sharing this knowledge with your team
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: Asp.NET Framework, Asp.Net MVC, .NET Core, C#
• Experience with at least some of the front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React, BackboneJs
• Experience with product integrations, APIs, ETLs, data ingestion and egestion
• Proven experience with relational databases, fluent with SQL
• Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based, enterprise grade, SaaS applications
• Team player, strong communication skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of senior professionals
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent English: both written and spoken
• Experience with Cognos
• Experience with Google Closure Templates
• Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS 
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Experience with Java
• Experience with Python
