What you will do:

• Understand business, personas, and their context deeply to produce practical, impactful, and usable designs
• Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution
• Develop high-level and detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design.
• Create design frameworks and design guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product managers, UX designers, technologists, and peers to make an impact.
• Deliver modern, trendsetting, aesthetically rich, and human-centric design.
• Design for web, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Plan, prioritize, and work with junior colleagues to make recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of the design team's culture and quality standards.

What makes you a great fit:

• Good attitude with a growth mindset and belief in ownership and accountability
• Hands-on product design experience with 4-6 years of digital experience from product/consulting/startup or agency background.
• Experience working on enterprise products/SaaS-based products is a plus
• Right skills, mindset, and knowledge of tools to do your work.
• A bachelor's degree in design communication, interaction design, and graphic design is a plus
• A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs.
• Detailed understanding of layout, information design, interaction design patterns, and usability principles.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, visual hierarchy, composition, and design patterns.
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to team and leadership.
• Experience in design in Figma (We simply love using Figma for everything in design.)
