What you'll do :

• Should be hands-on with the product knowledge and should participate in test case development and test execution.
• Should lead testing activities, which include delivery of test strategy, test plan, test execution and test status to different stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Contribute to automation through the development of new test scripts & suite execution.
• Work with the Customer Success team on customer escalations and the overall process to provide the right guidance both to internal & external stakeholders.
• Successfully multi-tasks across products/projects and on non-project assignments, by delivering on time.
• Lead a minimum of 3-4 QA engineers from a technical perspective.
• Should be a process gatekeeper to ensure that the team adheres to the standards and should highlight deviations if any.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to junior folks.

• Expertise with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Travis CI or similar tools
• Knowledge on Chaos Monkey/Gremlin for Resiliency Testing
• Knowledge/Experience testing Kafka and MongoDB based applications.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
