• Provide technical leadership
• Ensure and advocate for staff wellbeing & work quality
• Improve DORA and other key team performance related metrics
• Set example and curate a clean & high-quality coding standard within the team
• Influence and coach engineers
• Set personlized learning paths and objectives for the entire team
• Conduct frequent training sessions for the team
• Promote and participate in tech-events with the team
• Travel for on-site offshore collaboration
• Present technical growth metrics and performance to internal stakeholders
• Represent the company in events and meetings

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum of 8 years of recent development experience with a modern language or framework
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience launching & maintaining software products
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with software design and architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise over code, infra, automation and engineering principles
• Valid Passport and other requisites to travel offshore
