What you will do:

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using Spring Boot and Angular.
• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure that team members are meeting their goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while setting coding standards and best practices for the team.
• Review code, perform debugging and troubleshooting, and ensure code quality across the team.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and encourage skill development within the team.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report to upper management on project status and team performance.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in web application development with expertise in Spring Boot and Angular.
• Strong understanding of Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and frontend development with Angular.
• Proficient in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
