What you'll do :

• Evaluate candidates' understanding of Data Structures (e.g., heap, binary search trees) and Algorithms, including sorting and search algorithms, during the interview process.
• Assess their in-depth knowledge of computer networking principles, including protocols, network security, and performance optimization.
• Offer guidance and mentorship rooted in core computer science principles to the software engineering team.
• Champion best practices in software development while emphasizing the significance of DSA, networking, and a broad understanding of programming languages and paradigms.
• Drive architectural decisions emphasizing scalability, security, and performance, informed by a profound understanding of core system concepts, especially in networking aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the team to review technical designs, aligning them with business objectives while emphasizing the importance of core computer science principles.
• Lead code reviews, emphasizing the significance of DSA, network efficiency, and architectural robustness alongside coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA to establish robust testing strategies, including unit tests and network performance evaluations.
• Recognize candidates with a strong background in networking principles, DSA, and an understanding of various programming languages, with NodeJS expertise considered advantageous.

What makes you a great fit :

• A minimum of 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on core computer science principles.
• Proficiency in DSA and networking principles, complemented by experience in server-side programming languages, databases, REST API, GraphQL, containerization, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical concepts concisely and propose comprehensive solutions.
