• Develop and oversee technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Specialize in designing and managing APIs that integrate seamlessly with various systems, driving operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of technology products aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, resolving complex technical challenges.
• Enhance engineering processes for efficiency and quality. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve overall performance.
• Optimize development processes, ensuring infrastructure performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across the organization. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
• Create and manage technology budgets, allocating resources optimally to support initiatives while maintaining financial discipline.
• Build and grow a technically strong, business-aligned tech team.
• Lead R&D efforts for continuous innovation, experimenting with new technologies, and fostering a culture of creativity and exploration within the technology team.

• Educational Background: Engineering graduate with 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role encompassing all aspects of engineering and product.
