What you'll do:

• Architect and Implement: Propose and implement scalable technical architecture solutions ensuring system performance and security, aligned with enterprise software standards for Python/Django development.
• Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and code excellence. Ensure adherence to coding standards, system scalability, and efficient processing of large datasets from multiple sources.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product and UI teams to translate complex requirements into seamless backend/frontend integrations using Python, Node.js, and React.
• API Development: Design and develop robust RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Database Expertise: Design and manage database architecture (MySQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Cloud Deployment: Leverage your strong cloud experience to optimize deployments and infrastructure on leading cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in backend development, particularly in AI/ML and SaaS.

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python and Django.
• Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS products.
