What you'll do:

• Modular Architecture: from a current rigid structure to a modular approach to simplify future updates and customization.
• On the flexibility of the front-end to allow for jurisdiction-based customization of the template layouts, especially tile configurations.
• Front-End Templating: Implement a templating system in the UX layer to facilitate easy adjustments and ensure consistency across different regions.
• Testing and Compliance: integrate comprehensive unit and integration testing frameworks, as these are currently lacking.
• All new developments comply with our internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Content Management System (CMS): Strengthen the integration with Sitecore CMS to enhance content management capabilities and ensure seamless content updates and management.
• Business As Usual (BAU): Maintain ongoing operations without disruptions during the refactoring process. The refactor will be implemented gradually to ensure stability and continuous service.
• Technology Stack: Front-End: Angular
• Middleware: .NET application, proprietary framework ("vanilla")
• Repository Management: Monolithic repository (Monorepo)

• Expert in TypeScript and JavaScript, including managing event loop blocking.
• Advanced in Angular, HTML/CSS, and CSS pre-processors, with familiarity in React, Vue, and .NET technologies.
• Skilled in async and parallel programming in .NET, with a solid understanding of memory management and performance optimization.
• Competent in designing testing strategies across various layers and devices, and in using version control and branching strategies effectively.
• Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proficient in advanced programming concepts (SOLID, OOPs, Functional), clean coding practices, and designing scalable architectures.
• Knowledgeable in performance profiling, security principles, and secure coding practices (OWASP).
• Experienced in Agile processes, API integration, application monitoring, logging, and CI/CD automation.
• Familiar with UI/UX design principles and proactive in continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Background in the gaming industry is a plus.
